Variety Tempranillo, Grenache and Carignan - Navarra area (Spain) - Red wine - 75 cl bottle - Rioja DOCa - Serve at 16-17 °C
The vineyards are situated in high site in La Rioja Alavesa. The bush vines are on south facing slopes with a chalky clay soil typical in this area. The low Ph and good acidity of the Manuela grape and the quality Grenache from this vintage make for a perfect age worthy wine. Fermentation (max 25ºC) in small inox tanks with pumping over five times a day and a 14 day maceration.
