Grape blend: 60% Grenache & 40% Syrah

This opaque and dark ruby colored blend of Grenache and Syrah opens with a plum and black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black currant with notes of oak and black pepper. The finish is dry and its dusty mild oak tannins linger for a bit after the wine is gone. The wine would pair very well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
