Gran' means old in Occitane Gran’T is an homage to the old vines of the domaine.

Appellation: AOC Coteaux du Languedoc Pic Saint Loup
Grape Varieties: Half Grenache and half Carignan.
Terroir: Loamy clay for the Greanche and marly limestone clay for the Carignan.
Age of the vines: 50 year old Grenache and 50 year old Carignan.
Ageing: 24 months, half in barrel and half in concrete vats.
Characteristics: Floral notes ( old rose), red fruits, very long. Good ageing potential. Gran'T 2007 has been noted 89/100 by Parker in June 2009.
Food accompaniment: Drink with food seasoned with sweet spices.
